Coming Soon… January 9th Luncheon Meeting: What is a Multidisciplinary Practice and What Does it Mean for Me? (CLE CREDIT APPROVED: 1 HOUR ETHICS) Would
hiring a social worker or a certified financial planner add to your
client base? Would you like to work as a lawyer for one of the big five
accounting firms? Very soon, both of the above may be possible in
Virginia. The VSB is considering a proposal to allow law firms to
associate with, and share profits with,
nonlawyers. The entities created are called MDPs or Multidisciplinary
Practices. Come hear about this highly controversial topic at our
January luncheon meeting and learn what MDPs will mean for you.
